So I submitted the "Ma definition of 'merica" to my school's literary magazine after I my teacher was lyke omg this is teh shit I gave it a 100 even though I never do that it needs to be publish submit this now.

So this essay is also the one I submitted to Scholastics that coincidentally ended up getting a silver award nationally. So apparently I'm in the top one percent of the 100,000 people who submitted something and now I have something to put on my college application to convince them that I've something done slightly more than sit on my ass for the past three years.

But the magazine came out today and I skimmed through it and realized they rejected it. Granted that I talked to the supervisor of it to try to convince her to send some editors for the DBF magazine this summer and she said that she didn't trust any of them.

This place is a fucking joke.
But we've all known that for a while now haven't we.
